Introduction	This school started for the children of workers in tea plantation at Plappally in 1952.The site donated by THE PULICKAL FAMILY. We the villagers are very thankful to Sri.P.M.Thomas Pulickal,the doner of this place of school for education of the poor.Thus the founder started a single teacher school with KARUNAKARAN SIR in a Tea Go-down(Kolunthu Pura)near the Plappally Jn,(Bus stop),then changed this venue two times.At last the 250acres of Estate divided,workers terminated.The school stopped.Sri,C.H.Muhmmed Koya The Hon. Minister took action to restart the school again using Fund for Flood and Established in 1974.At first this school was very near to the Plappally Bus stop. Then the venue changed to a house called "Otharakkunnel House" at plappally.Next time the venue changed to this new place.At that time the building was not good. Anyway this new beautiful building is a wonder..! We are on the way to convert this school as the main attraction of this village. First step was change of uniform.We could do it with the help of our PTA. In the 1st meeting in September 2010 PTA took decision to make this school a most popular one! Can you help this poor villagers..?
