Introduction	I remember my kindergarten teacher saying, "Rosemary, you need to play somewhere other than the kitchen or the grocery store". There was nothing else I wanted to do! Now my kitchen and clients’ R&D facilities are my playgrounds! As a consultant to food manufacturers, I create recipes, new product concepts, and promote food products in cooking classes. My goal is to inspire home cooking with recipes that become favorites to be made again and again. I often say at the end of the day, ‘what’s for dinner?’ Though I think about recipes all day for my clients, I can be as stressed as anyone and not feel like cooking. I believe the solution to dinner dilemma is familiar, easy to prepare recipes using pantry staples and seasonal ingredients. My recipes are for the everyday cook. Recipes that can become part of a mental cookbook of ideas to be prepared without adding stress to one’s day.
