Introduction	I am a graduate of the S.T.A.T. approved, Alexander Technique training school in Totnes Devon England. I have been teaching Alexander Technique for over twenty years. I discovered it’s great value as a young actress in Scotland when after several lessons as part of my college course, I was able to unlock my frozen shoulders and lift my arms above my head for the first time in years! I have taught Alexander Technique to faculty members and students at Berklee College, I have run workshops on Alexander Technique and voice production at several theater companies in the UK. I also frequently work with Yoga students to teach them how to use Alexander Technique to increase the value of their practice. I have taught people how to apply Alexander Technique to working all day on a computer in several corporations in the Greater Boston area. The most fun I had in a corporate situation, was when I was living in Mill Valley California, and spend one day a week for several years, working with video games and special effect staff at George Lucas’s companies. No-one experiences pressure like those guys! I am currently in private practice in the Cambridge area.
