Introduction	Dustin graduated from Kansas State University with a BS degree and started his financial career that same year when he took a job with Personalized Brokerage Services. During this time at PBS, Dustin wore many hats that allowed him to learn a lot about the industry. He worked with his team to launch the Life Insurance Division while fulfilling the role of Vice President. He also held the position of Annuity Sales Director and was responsible for working with Financial Advisors and Insurance Agents. His job was to help them understand the various annuity and life products that were available to them. Today, this company is known as Gradient Financial Group. As a member of Gradient Financial Group, he has been provided with all the tools necessary to build powerful relationships with some of the most successful advisors in the country. In the five years he has worked at Gradient, he has quickly built one of the most successful annuity businesses in the country. As a marketing representative, he currently choses to assist 54 advisors. He works directly with these advisors on a daily basis to help them take their business to new heights.
