| Introduction | I am very blessed with my two lovely, grown daughters and my four grandchildren. We are quite close and see each other often. I also have two sisters who live pretty close by. I really like fine jewelry, and plan to take some on-line classes to become a certified jewelry repair person with my own home based business. Right now, I'm doing some research to find the needed funding. Generally speaking, one thing I absolutely love is exploring! I think it's great fun to wander off the beaten path and go poking around in out of the way places...and in all the nooks and crannies! |
| Interests | My primary interest is in growing and maturing as a Christain, and in showing people how very much they are loved by God! Also, I'm really into Conservative politics and current events (actually, watching as prophecy unfolds). Then of course, my family is very important to me! Although I am a die hard Conservative, I am all about animal rights...I hate hunting and any activity which exploits animals! |
| Favorite Movies | I am endlessly fascinated with the human condition, and so I also love good films. Some of my favorites are based on C. S. Lewis' book series on "Narnia"....I just adore those movies! I also appreciate independant and foriegn films, and tend not to go for the Hollywood "formula" movies they keep cranking out. I like thrillers, mysteries, dramas, comedies, sci-fi and family films. I thought "The Hurt Locker" was excellent, and I just LOVE Avatar! Can't wait till the next one comes out! |
| Favorite Music | Generally, my favorite type of music is Classical. I'm also a die hard fan of Jimi Hendrix and Santana. I like alot of R&B and rap, too. |
| Favorite Books | The greatest of all books is the living word of God...the Holy Bible, which is my favorite book. Books concerning Biblical teachings and prophecy are most interesting. I also like Conservative political books by authors such as Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh, and (true) books about American history. Lastly, I own a collection of Bottom Line books regarding natural healing. |
