Introduction	The Shame Squad was invented by my friend Kyle when she asked her friends to publicly shame her if she didn't vacuum out her car. I adopted the same philosophy to help me lose weight and blogged about it. But talking about salads gets boring after a while, so I also started sharing my thoughts on the British Royalty, what celebrities wear to award shows, and the life and times of Johnny Weir. The views expressed on this blog are mine alone and do not necessarily reflect the views of my employer. Mostly because I don't think my employer has an opinion on the British Monarchy. At least not a strong one.
