| Introduction | I am a licensed marriage family therapist and have been an adoption caseworker for over 8 yers. I run workshops on transracial adoption and have a small, client based private practice which helps adoptive parents develop their child's racial identity when it is different from their own. I am also an adoptive mom and have a beautiful 10 year old girl who was adopted from China. So I have both professional and personal experience with adopting transracially. |
