| Introduction | I have survived America's historical journey for the last 60+ years. I remember Jack, Bobby, Martin, Malcom and a host of others who are no longer with us. I've been around to see patriotism and tradition dismissed by elitists and experienced fundamental changes in too many people's need to control others. Whether being blessed by a Pope, watching common interaction of Presidents, Corporate 'Big Wigs' or Internationally known Entertainers, moments have been filled wonderful opportunities to be a 'fly on the wall'.
