| Introduction | This is a a small sample of my work done over the years and includes a range of projects from simple repairs to complete remodels. My first construction project was on my first home in 1982, a small 160 sq foot addition. At that time I lived in Thousand Oaks, California. I drafted my plans and my project was approved. I dug out the earth for the slab and footings, constructed forms, poured cement, built walls, installed the electrical, extend the roof, installed windows and a new front door, installed insulation and wall board, textured, painted, and finish the exterior with stucco to match the existing structure. Finally, I constructed a brick porch entry around the new front door. The work was signed off without a hitch. That has been my experience working with inspectors in four cities on projects since that time. That first project got me going and I've never stopped. I hope you enjoy this portfolio.
