| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! I should probably start by explaining where Onkagonka came from as it is a little strange. When my brother Anthony was learning to say my name it didn't come out quite right - it sounded more like "onka" than Monica. Dad then added the "gonka" part - he must have had a really hard time saying my name. Put the two together and you get Onkagonka. Now for a little about me. I'll try just about anything once. Some things I would like to do are sky dive, scuba dive, take a hot air balloon ride, and travel. I would like to visit every temple and see some of the wonders of the world. |
| Interests | I believe it's not what you do, but who you are with that makes something enjoyable. I love spending time with my family and of course my adorable niece and nephew. I enjoy creating things which is why I like to quilt, cross stitch, and cook - especially bake. I love to sing in ward choir and Swiss choir. I also love to learn. I want to learn to paint, to speak a variety of foreign languages, and to play various instruments. |

| Favorite music | Anything I can sing along with. I love anything about Christ, Christmas, or patriotic music. As well as show tunes, oldies and country music. |
| Favorite books | It's been a while since I've read anything other than textbooks, but I liked the Work and the Glory and the Harry Potter series. I am looking forward to reading Stephanie Meyer's books once I am done with class. I also enjoy reading books written by the Apostles, Prophets, and church/religious scholars. |
