Introduction	OWL is a student-run organization that specializes in producing weather forecasts and giving students hands-on forecast training and experience. OWL produces its forecasts on 17 weekly shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts on weekdays and one shift on both Saturday and Sunday. During those shifts, students construct detailed forecasts for the entire state of Oklahoma as well as producing specialized forecasts for the Oklahoma Daily and a podcast that is played on Island 107 FM, a radio station in Key West, Florida.
