| Introduction | The Big "C" means many things. As a cancer survivor myself, having cancer made me realize that the most important thing in life is a deep connection with family and friends. While I was undergoing chemotherapy, I would focus all of my energy on a piece of jewelry, a pendant, my husband David gave me. It was the one thing that helped me get through - feeling truly connected to my family. Now, three years later, I am closer than ever to my family and friends while living out my dream as founder and designer of Susi D. Jewelry. I am optimistic that my jewelry will offer joy and inspiration to others. Each piece is handmade by me in my little studio in the Los Angeles hills. I love to work on custom orders and help you find and create the perfect piece for you, so please feel free to contact me, I love to chat. |

Aren't papier mache cuts the worst?
... and they get all over the place and as they heal they peel slowly off... just messy
