| Introduction | Maitri, a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) located in New Delhi, India, helps a variety of populations within India who are dealing with issues such as domestic violence, malnutrition, HIV/AIDS, illiteracy, and cultural suppression. Maitri has several projects, each with a specific purpose, and each follows it's motto to "Touch one heart. Change one life." Each semester Maitri receives 2-3 interns from the Hinckley Institute of Politics at the University of Utah. This blog highlights their experiences as well as general information about Maitri. |
