| Introduction | I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon with over 600 hours in training and have been a practicing massage therapist since 2005. In the scope of my work I employ Swedish, Trigger Point, Thai and Myofascial Release techniques that are tailored to each client's unique needs. I firmly believe that massage used as a preventive measure or in conjunction with other forms of healing can allow the client to progress to higher levels of physical and emotional well being. It is my aspiration to inspire my clients towards awakening the self, navigating the chaos of modern life, cultivating kindness and living with integrity within a body that feels health and whole.
