| Introduction | Well... I run. A lot. :) I previously had an NCAA sponsored blog (see link below), but they stopped sponsoring as of last Spring, so I decided to create my own blog to share my thoughts/feelings/ideas, mostly to give the outside world an idea of the life of a Division III student-athlete. I love virtually all sports - doing them & watching them, as well as spending time with my family (2 parents, 2 brothers, and an amazing Australian Shepherd dog named Skyler!) and friends/teammates! Distance running has been such a blessing for me as I have found a sport where my hard work has continued to help me to reach higher and higher on the ladder of success. I capped off my St. Norbert career with a 3rd place finish at the National Cross Country meet. While it fell short of my ultimate goal to win a National title, I have remembered to keep a perspective and to look at my career as a whole, in which I earned 9 All-American honors in cross country and track and field. |
