With Pie in the Sky Bake Shop, every hopeful pie maker can have a stress-free baking experience. I create pie kits that include a pie tin, a homemade pie crust, and the dry ingredients needed for the filling. Just roll your dough, cut the fruit and bake! Read my FAQ here for more information. This site was born from a life-long love of pies. As a little girl, I loved sitting on the counter after school while my mom baked apple pie, and then enjoying a warm, gooey slice with vanilla ice cream; now that I'm grown, I often find myself making my own pies and indulging in my deliciously terrible habit... pie for breakfast.
