Introduction	I'm currently a SAHM to a rowdy 3 year old daughter, Madelyn and my spit fire 6 year old son, Benjamin. I have always been overweight my whole life and I've finally decided no more! I have to teach my children healthy ways so they never have to deal wtih this and the only way to teach them is to model it.
