Introduction	I'm lots of things. A dad, a husband, a musician, an entertainer, a student, a Legal Administrator... I want to be add runner to the list, and cross off food addict and obese. I've lost a bunch of weight, have a bunch to go, and I think blogging will help me be more accountable and help me notice what is working and what isn't working. I'm hoping this blog finds its way to a community of people who are struggling the way I am struggling, and that we can help each other through shared experiences.
