Introduction	I first started blogging about medical school, then residency. I'm finally in my first "big girl" job as a pediatric hospitalist. Somewhere along the way I met the coolest guy ever, and got married. I guess I'm getting closer and closer to not being able to pretend I'm a kid any more!
