Introduction	I am a GB Age Group athlete who competes in Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon. 2013 was my best season to date where I won the British & European Sprint Triathlon Championships. I have been a member of Team GB since 2010 and have won 3 European medals, one of each colour - one in each discipline! I love the life that I lead and hope that you enjoy following my random ramblings of racing and training.
