Introduction	I love eating and cooking... in that order. As an incentive to get me to spend more time cooking, hubby dedicated a sizable area and a big chunk of our home construction budget to build my dream kitchen. Well, I am now spending more time making appetizers and desserts... And with this blog, I've been consciously picking up tips and ideas each time we dine out, so hopefully he'll realize his full ROI soon! ;-)
