| Introduction | I am a Registered Dietitian by trade. I've always enjoyed writing, but never really pursued it in any formal manner. I'm hoping to take my passion for nutrition and health and combine it with writing to evoke thoughts of change for a healthier life. Or maybe just elicit a chuckle over the newest (?craziest) nutrition trend. I'm not sure what this blog will bring. Stay tuned; we'll both find out! PLEASE NOTE.
