| Introduction | The Haemophilia Association of the Philippines Inc. – Cebu, or HAPI-C, is a lay support group by people with hemophilia for people with hemophilia (PwH). We are a non-profit organization composed of parents, hemophilia patients, and their relatives concerned with the medical, social, emotional, and psychological needs of the Filipino people with hemophilia (PwH). Our aim is to reach out to the PwH and help them through proper information, proper treatment, and proper education. |
