| Introduction | Dr. Lavanya P B is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Master of Business Administration at Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. A Ph.D holder in Human Resource Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, she is qualified in UGC-NET and AP-SET, and holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance along with an MHRM.
