Introduction	I think Thomas Keller is a creative genuis with food. Me... not so much. It's my dearest wish to one day dine at each of his restaurants: The French Laundry, per se, Bouchon and Ad Hoc. In the meantime, I'm going to try to learn from him and put a little bit of Thomas Keller in my own home. Ad Hoc is Keller's more casual restaurant featuring family style meals - so that's where I'm starting. With his Ad Hoc at Home: Family Style Recipes - I'm going to cook my way through the book.
