| Introduction | I originally created this blog to chronicle my journey to Ironman Canada 2010. Over the course of the year, it evolved into a wonderfully therapeutic diary and so, with the big race behind me, I’ve decided to keep the words flowing. Where will it go from here? I’m not entirely sure, but I look forward to finding out.
