| Interests | We live on a farm in the midatlantic. The mountains and views are my ocean; the birds, animals, trees and the wind and weather are my friends. There is no other way for me to live, and I hope I never have to live anywhere else. I hope, like my old friend, Hannah, to end as she did. She died in her kitchen. Now, don't get me wrong, it wasn't from her own cooking (mine might just kill ME). She was old and her heart gave out. It's the idea of ending in your own surroundings versus a nursing home. I want to Go Home in my own home. Despite all the good things that social media has been able to help people achieve, I will never be on it. No FB, no nothing. And i mean it. Except maybe You Tube, if that counts. I think most media wastes people's time. The only twitter I want to hear is the sound birds make here on the farm. And it is lovely! |
