Introduction	I started my journey in the Martial Arts in 1983 after many years of my childhood dreaming about becoming a Martial Artist. I achieved my 1st Degree Black Belt in 1988. I earned my 2nd degree Black Belt in 2000. I achieved my 3rd Degree Black Belt in 2012. I am still actively training at Iannuzzo’s Black Belt Academy in Baldwinsville NY. I have trained under Mr. Rick Iannuzzo since 1983 and have been training at his school since 1991. I have worked as an Instructor and was the first official S.W.A.T. member under Rick Iannuzzo during his days as a head instructor and manager at the Old Liverpool Martial Arts School on 1st Street in Liverpool NY. My goal with this blog is to give back to the Martial Arts which has influenced my life in a positive way and kept me on a path to life success. I encourage people to get involved in the Martial Arts the benefits are many. The Martial Arts life style helps maintain a balance in our hectic world.
