Introduction I have extensive experience writing hard-hitting direct marketing, persuasive, long-form lifestyle marketing and compelling, philanthropic story-telling. From working with one of the largest aftermarket auto-part web sites to one of the most prestigious universities in the country, I’ve learned not only to be a good copywriter, but an effective communicator. What’s the difference? A copywriter writes copy; a communicator makes complex ideas easy to understand and speaks persuasively with, not to, the client. I have also been called a bit of a chameleon. I pick up copy styles quickly and have experience creating unique voicing based on psychographic profiles. Research, insight and an attention to detail makes these quick shifts in tone possible.
