Introduction	I was born with Cystic Fibrosis and had a double-lung transplant in 2002 at Duke University Medical Center. Despite the challenges CF and Lung Transplant have brought my way I am right where I want to be in life. I've had a successful career in Ophthalmology and I have the PERFECT husband and live in a beautiful home in the mountains of Virginia. I have serenity in my life today and am blessed beyond belief! I am so grateful to my donor family for making a difficult decision to donate life through thier tragic loss. I just can't be grateful enough!
