Introduction	I have been a horse lover all my life, as was my grandfather before me. I fell in love with the thoroughbred as a little girl. Over the years I have become increasingly interested in the history of the thoroughbred and in preserving the stories of great horses. I am also dedicated to the horse racing community, particularly thoroughbred fans and horse rescues. As well, I am committed to ending horse slaughter.
