| Introduction | My name is Kenisha but everyone calls me KQ now for some reason. I'm a 33yr old, mother of a Beautiful 5yr old daughter who is the LOVE of my life. I am also a lover of Health & Fitness. I can never read enough or know enough, I'm always open and willing to learn something new. And know the most important lesson I'm about to learn is one about MYSELF as I embark on 2 of the biggest journeys in my life. The first being competing in my VERY FIRST figure & fitness model competition and the second finally following my destiny and heart by becoming a GREAT personal trainer. |
