| Introduction | UPDATED: 5/16 I'm 65 years old, divorced for over 16 years. No children except for my 4 legged one. I am still working but I spend most of my time alone. This blog is to help me with my reinvention and accountability for what it takes to accomplish that reinvention. My main focus to start is my health. Good food, exercise, and weight loss. I've noticed that most of the people who have blogs who have been successful regaining their health are brutally honest with themselves and their readers. I know I have no readers at this point but the brutal honesty will be more for me anyway. This is a pivotal time for me and I want this blog to be one of the tools that help me reach my goals.
