Introduction	My version of perfect is more than likely much different than some of yours! And that is okay. I am married to my college sweetheart and we have two wonderful children who are our world! Our children have taught us patience and unconditional love like only Angels could do! Our son, Jacob, is almost 3 years old. He was diagnosed with autism when he was 2 and what a journey it has been so far! Our daughter Adriana, now 16 months old, was born with Laryngomalacia, fancy term for floppy larynx. She had 2 major airway surgeries all before 8 weeks of age. Should I mention that our kiddos are only 19 months apart?! Adriana was born and had her 2 surgeries all around the same time we were first hearing the word AUTISM with Jacob. What a year! Good news, we are not crazy....YET. Although, keeping up with therapies, specialist, schedules, and all the in between may eventually push us over the edge. :) My favorite quote, "You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have."
