| Introduction | Anita was born in the U.S., spent part of her childhood in Argentina, and lived in Bolivia from 2005 to 2011. Saúl was born on the Bolivian-Argentine border and recently became a U.S. resident. Samuel has a Bolivian birth certificate and a U.S. passport. Nicolas only has a U.S. birth certificate so far, until we contact the Bolivian embassy to make him a citizen of two countries like his brother. |
