| Introduction | As you may have noticed, I am able to grill in a prom dress and tiara, cold beer in hand. If that doesn't convince you of my culinary prowess, I don't know what will. I trained at The French Culinary Institute in the Classic Pastry Arts program and graduated Spring of '04. I specialize in big beautiful special occasion and wedding cakes, but by no means am I only a sweet-chef. (I am pretty sweet, though!) I have a true passion for cooking and creating in the kitchen. I love trying new recipes and perfecting old ones. I am a proud food nerd. A ferd, as I say. The science of cooking and cuisine is just as important to me as the creation and eating.
