Introduction	Wondering who am I? Well I am Shikhar Kol from Nagpur and I am associated with a Government organization. When I first started working, I faced a lot of difficulties and felt a strong need for a reference material like this blog as no school or institution prepared me for what I was supposed to do at my workplace. My work includes noting and drafting for preparing official letters which requires a good command over language be it English or Hindi. So this initiative is aimed at giving an idea about noting, drafting, rules, regulations to those novices who have just joined a Government organization so that they can familiarise themselves with the same and also providing those employees who are already working in a Government organization some useful words/phrases to help them write effectively and impressively. Even though this initiative is mine, there are certain other people working behind the picture who I am immensely grateful to for making this brainchild a reality, especially my younger sister ( Shivani Kol ) ,who helped me with this superb introduction, as well as my entire family, friends and colleagues. Kindly provide suggestions for improvement. Happy Learning..!!
