Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Umm... the question is phrased as though *needing* is somehow different than *wanting*... !? Practically speaking (of course), providing fish with bicycles would create a whole new industry, capture new market share, promote economic growth, generate a new luxury tax, and furnish "Deadliest Catch" with a much-needed infusion of new story lines. It's a win/win situation, in my opinion.
