Introduction	I have been working in SEM for around 11 years, previous to that I was a website designer. I used to think i was a good middle man between SEO and PPC. About 6 years ago I decided I would go down the Natural organic route and left PPC for dead. I still try my best to keep up to speed with PPC but the last time I checked Espotting was providing the sponsored results for Google, so as you can see I’m well behind the times - what will web2.0 and the whole "social media" buzz. Its just too difficult to be excellent at both SEO and PPC so I decided to be a field leader in SEO and not bad at PPC. Anyhow, that’s a little more about me. I work in Central London for one of the fastest growing SEM agencies. I have been working there for approximately 8 months. Previous to that I was freelance/consultancy basis, concentrating on large clients. After all the large a client the easier my job becomes :). Currently I only work on extremely large blue chip clients. Mainly house-hold brands (you would of heard of them all). That’s enough of what I do and how I learnt my trade. I have 3 children, Samuel who's 7, Georgia who's 4 and my latest bundle of joy Benjamin who's just turned 1.
