| Interests | We enjoy crossing the country in our trusty 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan (Inferno Red). Over the years we've seen the United States from east to west, north to south. For us, the journey is as important as the destination. Some of our favorite places to visit include Hawaii, California, Colorado, Florida, Arizona, North Carolina, and Hawaii. Oh, and Hawaii. We've climbed to the Statue of Liberty's crown, swam in the Atlantic and Pacific, marveled at the Million Dollar Highway, searched for stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, watched the Space Shuttle launch and Old Faithful blow. We've seen buffalo roaming free in Wyoming and bats swarming in New Mexico. We've visited dozens of amusement parks and ridden a hundred roller coasters coast-to-coast. We've been shut out in Las Vegas, Barstow, and Myrtle Beach, and discovered surprisingly great hotels in Wyoming, Massachusetts and Virginia. We love free rooms for the night, and free breakfast in the morning. We're tired of fast food...but love our Slurpees. We stop at every State Line for a picture, and honk our horn thru every tunnel… |
