| Introduction | George Hallenbeck is responsible for developing and managing Lominger International’s Interview Architect® suite of products. He is co-author of the Lominger publication Interviewing Right: How Science Can Sharpen Your Interviewing Accuracy. He also supports product development in the areas of succession planning and 360° feedback. Prior to joining Lominger, George spent eight years as a consultant specializing in executive assessment and has conducted hundreds of candidate interviews to assist clients with their hiring and promotion decisions. He also has extensive experience as an executive coach and designed and implemented several training courses on leadership and interpersonal skills. He worked with a variety of industries including manufacturing, finance, defense, and professional sports.
