| Introduction | If elected by the voters of Highlands to complete the term Mayor Nolan was elected to, I look forward to working with the Mayor, Council President O'Neil, and the two other council members the voters select in November to improve the quality of life in our wonderful community and to keep the cost of government services down. I offer my expertise is business and finance, my years of service on the Zoning Board, and my more recent experience on the Planning Board and Depuration Commission. I also bring a long list of relationships with government officials and party leaders, both Republicans and Democrats, on the County, State and Federal levels, as well as relationships with neighboring municipal leaders. I rely on these friendships to improve shared services and grant opportunities for the borough. As I have on the Boards I've been privledged to serve on, I will strive to "do the right thing" for the residents of Highlands in all matters that come before the council.
