| Introduction | I am a Registered Nurse and a writer with a passion to share the story about my daughter's remission of Crohn's disease by following a restricted sugar diet and taking the probiotic, Culturelle. She has now been in remission for 10 years by following this treatment plan recommended by her gastroenterologist, Dr. J.Rainer Poley. Our experience led me to write the book, "Reaching for Answers to Crohn's Disease."
