| Introduction | I am on my 9th year of marriage and we have 2 daughters, a 2 year old and a 5 1/2 year old. I have a bachelors in communications and I am currently working on my masters degree in network communications management. My main hobby is bike riding and hopefully this year I can break the 3000 mile barrier. I ride an all carbon fiber frame made by Scott, and my preferred translation of the Bible is the NASB, which is the New American Standard Bible, Hebrew-Greek Key study Bible with commentaries written by Spiros Zodhiates, a native Greek. I put my faith in Christ at the age of 8 as a result of some experiences that were quite extraordinary. I can only imagine where I would be if the good God had not saved me at that age. I also enjoy watching movies, so I am sure there will be a good measure of references to movies as I believe they are becoming more and more the equivalent of what books were to the generations of the past. In this culture today, movies seems to a be an important vehicle for presenting views and ideas to the public for their digestion. I hope to enjoy discussions and I welcome differing points of view. |
