| Introduction | I was born and raised in the old city of Chania, in Crete. I am a professional mountaineer, mountain instructor and trainer. Throughout my professional career i have had the honor of being trusted for my offering services people of all ages, beginners and experienced as well as well-known social figures such as politicians, journalists and artists One of them is the Prime Minister of Greece, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who occasionally entrusts me with my offered mountain services for safe mountain climbing and hiking. Also, for the last two years I have been an instructor at DIEK of Chania, is public school in department "Hiking Leader”. I have many years of experience working as a mountain guide in Greece, France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Nepal, Tibet, Pakistan and on the western side of the USA. I’ m active in mountaineering, ski touring, rock and ice climbing, hiking and walking road, mountain running and mountain hiking, trail running and swimming. |

I do Mountain Hiking, Climbing, Ice-Climbing, Ski Mountaineering, Mountaineering in the Alps. I deal with Recreational Sports and outdoor fitness.
