| Introduction | I'm currently a PhD student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC, and am married to a beautiful girl named Eden. In 2008 I graduated from the seminary's undergraduate school, now known as The College at Southeastern, with a major in biblical studies and a minor in the history of ideas. In December 2011 I received the Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Seminary. My current interests lie in theology (particularly theology proper and soteriology), philosophy, and Christian apologetics. My intent with this blog is to have a place to post my thoughts on various issues, mostly on what I'm reading or studying. Not that anyone is particularly interested in these thoughts--more often than not, I'm sure, they'll be nothing more than the ramblings of a seminary student who can't face reality--but perhaps the topics here will generate some good conversation. |
