| Introduction | Bio: Anne Ney is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and writer whose work has recently appeared or is forthcoming in Creative Nonfiction, Ruminate, and The Crab Orchard Review. Her work has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize (fiction) and Whiting Award (nonfiction). She has taught high school and college Biology, Oceanography, and Environmental Science in Georgia and Florida, and teaches writing through the Milspeak Foundation and Keep Saint Pete Lit. She holds an MS and BS in Biology from Georgia Southern University and an MFA from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. |
