Introduction	This is a Blog about my experience living with an IBD and all the ups and downs. I had UC for 9 years before "divorcing" my colon and rectum. Talking to others with IBD's has helped reduce my anxiety and stress that comes with these chronic illnesses. I hope to help others with this Blog.
