| Introduction | I'm a Texas girl who's bounced from coast to coast, and now back to the Midwest, learning about myself and how to help other people along the way. I have some cool degrees, but I think I'm best known for my gentle, caring and practical approaches to problem solving. It just depends on who is front of me, with what kind of issue. I can be tender, hilarious, or hard-nosed practical. Through it all runs the loving that I strive to share no matter what. I'm an ebook author, a speaker and workshop facilitator, a minister, counselor, consultant and mentor, and a psychology instructor, depending on the day and hour. Too many hats? Not really, because the theme is always the same: coming back to the loving. That's basically what my life is about. That's what I write and talk about in so many different ways! I've been through plenty of life's ups and downs, have worked on myself in depth and still do. So most of what I share is based on hard-won experience. I know what works for me and for a whole lot of clients who've come to me over the years. I have a lot to share if you want to stick around and participate! |
