| Introduction | I’ve always had a sweet spot for decorating, but nothing beats that moment when a few strategic room tweaks completely shift the vibe and make someone catch their breath the second they walk through the door. When it came time to put my own home on the market, I realized something important: high-impact staging shouldn’t require a massive renovation budget or a team of professional designers. I created From Lived in to Listed to share the completely real, unfiltered process of going room-by-room on a real-world DIY budget. I’m sharing everything I learn along the way—from the quick wins in my completed guest bedroom to the styling shifts happening right now in my dining room.Whether you're a fellow DIY seller preparing your own place or just love a good design transformation, I'm here to prove that everyday homeowners can create a luxury look for less. |
